I began racing Legends Cars in 2021 at the age of 15. After winning 4 out of 5 races in the Chargers division I quickly moved up to Semi Pro. Being the youngest in a field full of more experienced drivers was tough, but I learned a lot that year. With the support of Podium Motorsports in 2022, I would go on to win the Georgia State Semi Pro Championship. I then made the jump to the pro legend car division, as well as making my first starts in Pro Late Models, and Dirt Crate Late Models. In 2024 I want to focus mainly on pro late model racing, with the ultimate goal of moving up to the ARCA East Series.
Pro late model racing is a national form of professional short track auto racing. Drivers compete in specialized stock cars, and compete in races ranging from 50-200 laps. Pro late models are used as a stepping stone for young drivers looking to turn racing into a career, as well as others who solely compete in pro late model events.
My name is Luke Yarbrough. I am 17 years old and from Alpharetta, Georgia. I’ve loved cars all my life and got the chance to start racing in 2019 at the age of 12. When I'm not driving, I enjoy riding BMX, mountain biking, and going to the gym.
